4 mini Amazons to be developed at all points of Gurugram cloverleaf on NH-48: NHAI chief

Santosh Kumar Yadav, Chairman of the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI), revealed plans to create four miniature forests, akin to mini Amazons, using the Miyawaki technique. These green spaces will be established at the four intersections of the cloverleaf located on NH-48. Yadav made this announcement during his inspection of the Expressway on Saturday. He emphasized that the completion of the Dwarka Expressway will enhance connectivity between Gurugram and Delhi’s IGI Airport. The project, which includes tunnels, underpasses, and multiple layers of flyovers, is in its final stages. Once finished, the Dwarka Expressway will link Mahipalpur in Delhi with Khedki Daula on NH 48 in Gurugram. The construction of this expressway, valued at approximately Rs 9,000 crore, involves an 18.9 km stretch in Haryana and a 10.1 km stretch in the Delhi region. During his inspection, NHAI Chairman Yadav discussed project coordination in detail with GMDA CEO PC Meena, DC Nishant Kumar Yadav, and NHAI officials.
